About The Position

Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social drivers of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers throughout Central Indiana serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life. The Director, Pharmacy & Specialty Services Partnerships works closely with the Vice President, Strategy & Business Development, Senior Vice President of Finance, and Chief Medical Officer to help integrate, ensure the successful implementation of, and maximize pharmacy and specialty services partnerships for Aspire Indiana Health. The Director will play a key role as a project manager for pharmacy and specialty service partnerships, overseeing program improvement & optimization initiatives, and serving as the primary point of contact for compliance and program reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education with strong quantitative orientation and five (5) years of related experience OR Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education with strong quantitative orientation and two (2) years of related experience required
Three (3) years of 340B Program experience required
Strong presentation skills
Demonstrate the ability to analyze and compile complex data for planning purposes
Demonstrate commitment to the values of diversity, inclusiveness, and empowerment

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare and non-profit setting highly preferred

Responsibilities

Lead the initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing functions of project management for pharmacy and specialty medical services initiatives.
Using best practice principles, ensure that established work groups & committees set clear goals & objectives, that roles & responsibilities are clearly defined, and communication and processes are structured to support effective collaboration.
Serve as a liaison between Aspire business development, finance, and medical leadership and external partners, streamlining resolution of challenges & reducing project drift.
Support the development of Aspire’s 340B & pharmacy services program strategy, informed by the latest internal data and market information.
Work with all parties to ensure they have access to timely information and recommendations to support program design, modification, and optimization activities.
Maintain awareness of emerging political and legal actions occurring that may impact the integrity of the 340B program, pharmacy services, and specialty medical care.
Support & guide root cause analysis, PDCA, and other process improvement evaluation activities.
Must possess/maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization
Must have reliable transportation to oversee programming and/or attend trainings and/or meetings
