Reports to the Vice President, Ambulatory Pharmacy Services. The Director of Pharmacy Finance is a management role responsible for developing, managing, and providing strategic oversight of all financial activities within the Brown University Health (BUH) pharmacy enterprise. This role holds primary accountability for the annual operating and capital budget processes, financial reporting, financial analysis and planning, cash management, revenue cycle management, and accounts payable oversight across all pharmacy affiliate sites and programs. The Director of Pharmacy Finance partners closely with Pharmacy Senior Leadership and BUH Executive Leadership to drive financial strategy, support business growth, and achieve financial goals established by affiliate hospital sites, the ambulatory pharmacy program, the 340B program, Brown University Health Pharmacy, LLC, and the broader Brown University Health system. This role provides direct financial oversight for system-wide pharmacy revenues and expenses and serves as a primary financial strategist supporting rapid and sustainable growth across the enterprise. This is a system-level leadership position requiring a high degree of independent judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and executive engagement.
