Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Current licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Georgia.
• Three (3) years hospital Pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Setting direction and coordinating the business, finance and 340b activities of the Department of Pharmacy.
• Collaborating closely with departmental and organizational leadership to continually assess and direct a wide range of issues related to business operations focusing on contract development and management, 340b processes and procedure, budgetary review of pharmacy spending, cost efficiency and regulatory compliance with health care reimbursement and purchasing.
• Providing pharmaceutical care to all patients including, but not limited to, neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
• Assuming administrative role and responsibility for all systems and procedures in designated practice area.
• Supervising workflow and personnel of designated practice area.
