We are seeking a Director, Auto Product Design to lead a team focused on optimizing the end-to-end auto product experience, with a strong emphasis on NB growth and retention. This role is responsible for guiding a team of analysts who generate insights and shape experience enhancements across multi-channel quote, bind, and servicing interactions (e.g., rewrites, endorsements.) This leader will oversee the auto experience optimization portfolio, translating customer behavior, market dynamics, and performance analytics into actionable recommendations that strengthen customer engagement, improve persistency, and drive lifetime value. The role partners closely with Data Science, Risk Analytics, Underwriting, Technology, Distribution, Claims, and Service teams to design and implement capabilities that deliver a more seamless, personalized, and effective customer experience across the policy lifecycle.
