About the team: We are the People Partner team for AI, Product & Design—a global organization shaping the future of Walmart and Sam’s Club. Sitting at the intersection of business, technology, and people, we partner with leaders to translate strategy into the talent and organization needed to deliver at scale. We’re builders, problem solvers, and trusted partners who challenge the status quo. And we’re embracing AI to rethink how we work—moving faster, unlocking better insights, simplifying experiences, and redefining People partnership for the future.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 5 years’ experience in human resources or related area OR 7 years’ experience in human resources or related area.
- 1 year’s supervisory experience.

- Managing a multi-unit operation
- Master's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- PHR or SPHR certification.
- Project Management Certification
