About The Position
This is a Director of Partnerships, Affiliates, Growth Sales and Marketing job opening for a remote USA-based role. The company is an established online (web and mobile app with AI) and in-person golf coaching business that is expanding into English-speaking markets to grow market share. The role reports to the CMO and has a close relationship with the CEO. The successful candidate will build and scale affiliate ecosystems, strategic partnerships, sports talent management (influencers, ambassadors, VIPs), and growth channels to drive customer acquisition across North America through digital and real-world experiences, including high-ticket masterclass events.
Requirements
- Proven track record in golf, sports, or health/nutritional performance supplements DTC direct response type online company partnerships, affiliates, or marketplaces
- Experience in high-growth, product-led environments
