About The Position

The Director, Partnership Marketing, UFC & ZB will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnership marketing initiatives for UFC and Zuffa Boxing. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive brand awareness, fan engagement, and revenue growth. The position requires a deep understanding of the sports and entertainment landscape, strong marketing acumen, and the ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in partnership marketing, brand marketing, or a related field, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the MMA and boxing landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with high-profile brands and athletes.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive partnership marketing strategies for UFC and Zuffa Boxing.
  • Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities to expand brand reach and engagement.
  • Manage existing partner relationships, ensuring successful execution of co-branded marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales, media, and content teams to create compelling partnership proposals and activations.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media.
  • Analyze campaign performance, measure ROI, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
