The Director of Partner Success is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving revenue growth, portfolio performance, and strategic partner engagement across a defined segment of Priority’s acquiring partners. This role is a true player-coach — directly owning a portfolio of high-value strategic partners while leading, coaching, and developing a team of Partner Success Managers. The Director will be accountable for revenue performance, pipeline health, partner expansion, and successful execution of strategic initiatives including revenue conversion projects. This leader will operate with a CEO mindset — both personally and across their team — ensuring every partner relationship is commercially driven, strategically aligned, and performance-oriented.
