About The Position

The Director of Partner Success is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving revenue growth, portfolio performance, and strategic partner engagement across a defined segment of Priority’s acquiring partners. This role is a true player-coach — directly owning a portfolio of high-value strategic partners while leading, coaching, and developing a team of Partner Success Managers. The Director will be accountable for revenue performance, pipeline health, partner expansion, and successful execution of strategic initiatives including revenue conversion projects. This leader will operate with a CEO mindset — both personally and across their team — ensuring every partner relationship is commercially driven, strategically aligned, and performance-oriented.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Payments, Acquiring, Sales, Partner Management, or Enterprise Account Management.
  • 3+ years of revenue ownership experience with demonstrated success achieving targets.
  • Experience managing and developing a team in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong financial and revenue acumen (pipeline forecasting, revenue analysis, margin optimization).
  • Proven ability to influence senior-level stakeholders and lead commercial negotiations.
  • Highly organized with strong project management capability.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading strategic accounts in a Payments or FinTech environment.
  • Experience driving revenue conversion or portfolio transformation initiatives.
  • Advanced CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
  • Demonstrated success building scalable processes and operational rigor.
