About The Position

This role is based in either New York City (hybrid, in-office Tuesday–Thursday) or Denver, CO (remote). AS A DIRECTOR, PARTNER SUCCESS, YOU WILL: Own strategic partnerships with key Button partners Develop deep expertise in partners’ business models, KPIs, and growth strategies to drive retention and expansion Lead executive business reviews that position Button as a mission-critical growth partner Own and deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets across a portfolio of enterprise accounts Build and execute multi-quarter strategic account plans that mitigate risk and unlock expansion Scale a high-performing upsell pipeline for marketing placements across publisher inventory Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Finance, and Legal to accelerate monetization and partner impact Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting a high bar for accountability, operational rigor, and partner experience Establish best-in-class account management processes and forecasting discipline Act as the voice of the partner internally, influencing roadmap decisions through market insight and actionable feedback Help oversee complex technical implementations to ensure seamless execution and adoption of new products Position Button as a critical growth engine within the creator and affiliate economy

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic account management, partnerships, or revenue roles within B2B, adtech, martech, or performance marketing environments
  • 3+ years of people management experience, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated success owning and exceeding revenue targets across enterprise accounts
  • Experience influencing executive and C-level stakeholders with credibility and strategic insight
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation expertise
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into compelling executive narratives
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives
  • A bias for action paired with operational rigor and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Benefits

  • Button’s total compensation package includes a base salary competitive with what is offered by similar companies in major US markets.
  • The salary range for this role in the United States is expected to be between $140,000 - $180,000 plus bonus (offered salary is based on a number of factors including skills and experience relative to the job description listed above).
  • In addition, Button provides employees with a 401(k) plan and automatically contributes 3% of an employee’s salary annually.
