About The Position

Siege Media is a full-service GEO agency specializing in SEO, content marketing, digital PR, and affiliate marketing. We are adding paid social to our service mix, with an emphasis on Reddit advertising to drive LLM influence for our clients. This role will own the paid social channel, building it from the ground up. It is a senior, client-facing role that involves pitching on sales calls, strategizing campaigns, hands-on execution in platforms, and writing client reports. The ideal candidate will have 'builder energy' and a genuine excitement for scaling a service line from scratch, with the support of an established agency.

Requirements

5+ years running paid social campaigns in an agency environment, ideally with a mix of Reddit, LinkedIn, and Meta.
Hands-on Reddit Ads Manager experience (Conversation Ads, Promoted Posts, custom audiences) and a clear point of view on the platform's suitability.
Proven B2B and B2C experience, especially within SaaS, e-commerce, and fintech, with an understanding of optimizing for different goals (clicks vs. pipeline).
Demonstrated client-facing comfort and ability to present confidently to marketing executives.
Strong written communication skills, as direct client interaction is expected.
Possess 'builder energy' and excitement for building and scaling a new service line from scratch.
Ability to execute and advise on campaigns to ensure profitability in the early stages.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ChatGPT ads.
Prior experience building or scaling a paid social practice within an agency.
Familiarity with B2B attribution challenges (multi-touch, dark social, self-reported attribution).
An active client network in paid social within the existing client base.

Responsibilities

Own strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting for Reddit Ads for Siege clients. Build the playbook, pricing scaffolds, and reporting cadence from zero.
Manage Siege's own paid social and retargeting campaigns, including Meta/LinkedIn campaigns to feed the sales pipeline.
Join prospect calls to scope and sell paid social engagements alongside the growth team.
Hire and manage the first associate when Reddit ads revenue justifies it, training them to Siege's senior-led standard. Execute directly until then.
Develop service infrastructure including templates, QA processes, attribution approach, and reporting standards to make paid social a repeatable, sellable service line.
