About The Position

Brainlabs is a media agency focused on driving profit, founded by engineers. With over 1,000 employees across five continents, they utilize proprietary agents, 32 media tools, and extensive experiment data to connect all client channels to the bottom line. The Director, Paid Search role is a full-time position within the Paid Search practice, reporting to the Head of Practice, Paid Search. The role is based in various US office locations including New York City, Dallas-Fort Worth, Boca Raton, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US, and visa sponsorship is not provided. The Director, Paid Search is accountable for delivering client work to standard, serving as an escalation point, leading scaled initiatives, managing resources, and contributing to new business efforts. This role involves adopting technology to improve delivery and enhance practice capabilities through process optimization.

Requirements

  • Strong Paid Search delivery knowledge.
  • 6+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrable success in optimizing Paid Search campaigns and work through automation, processes, and technology adoption/development.
  • A developing understanding of how channels work and optimize together.
  • A natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients.
  • A confident, dynamic, engaging, and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
  • Passion for growing the knowledge of those around you.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, methodical and process-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Use deep-practice knowledge and decision-making latitude to independently deliver highly successful campaigns.
  • Effectively plan, deliver, and measure campaigns, ensuring high-impact returns for clients.
  • Develop and implement guidelines and processes.
  • Actively lead and develop the Paid Search best-practice roadmap for continuous offering development.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for clients, ensuring work is delivered to standard and on time.
  • Play a key leadership role in developing Brainlabbers within the practice, enhancing capability and knowledge to support client delivery.
  • Ensure work for clients is delivered to standard and act as a point of escalation as required.
  • Take the lead on specific scaled initiatives that benefit the entire practice.
  • Manage resource effectively and get involved in new business.
  • Adopt technology to advance delivery and augment practice capabilities through process optimization.
