The Director Paid Media will lead the development and implementation of an integrated media strategy, championing full-funnel thinking across paid, social, and emerging channels. This role involves evaluating media resources, trends, technology, and tools to improve impact and efficiency, overseeing the adoption of media technology solutions, and modernizing media planning by focusing on strategic integration with creative and marketing strategies. The Director will direct the development and optimization of cross-channel media campaigns, manage media buys for cost efficiency, and lead relationships with agencies and partners. A key aspect of this role is driving organizational change, capability building, and fostering a collaborative, learning-driven culture, including providing strategic insights to executive leadership and promoting upskilling in AI technologies. The Director will also design and direct the work of their assigned area, manage talent through performance management and development, and oversee budget objectives while adhering to ethical conduct.
