About The Position

IF7 is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Paid Media to lead the development and execution of integrated, full-funnel media strategies. This role will drive end-to-end paid media planning across channels, aligning audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance optimization to deliver cohesive, high-impact marketing outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience in influencer or branded content paid social boosting
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives
  • Proficiency with campaign management and analytics tools
  • Advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement standardized processes for content boosting (selection criteria, timing, budget allocation, and reporting), improving efficiency, consistency, and overall campaign performance
  • Lead paid social strategy focused on boosting organic content across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to maximize reach and engagement
  • Build reporting frameworks to track performance of boosted content, translating engagement metrics into actionable insights
  • Maintain platform best practices and adapt boosting strategies to algorithm changes and evolving social trends
  • Lead and mentor paid social team, establishing clear performance goals, workflows, and accountability to drive consistent, high-quality execution of boosted content strategies
  • Lead end-to-end execution of panel-based brand lift studies, measuring impact on awareness, affinity, and intent, and translating findings into client presentations with actionable insights
