OBI Creative is seeking an experienced Director, Paid Media Strategy to lead paid media planning and programmatic strategy across the agency. Reporting to the VP, Integrated Marketing, this role serves as OBI’s senior media strategist—developing cross-channel media plans, guiding channel investment decisions, and advancing how paid media drives performance for our clients. You will partner closely with Activation Studio leaders to ensure media strategy aligns with creative, engagement, digital, and client services efforts. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Omaha office for in-person collaboration. This role also leads and mentors a team of media buyers, reviewing media plans, strengthening strategic thinking, and elevating planning standards across the agency.
