As Director of P&C Marketing Channel Analytics, you will provide decision support for marketing investments across paid, owned, and earned channels. Your team applies advanced analytical and statistical techniques to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that improve performance and influence strategy. This role requires expert experience across both digital and offline marketing channels, with a deep understanding of how they drive business outcomes. This is a player coach role: you will set the channel analytics roadmap, guide how measurement is used to make decisions, and actively mentor the team on both analytics best practices and understanding of USAA’s marketing measurement ecosystem.
