What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for the outreach and admissions and career transition activities in compliance with government and management directives. The position requires frequent overnight travel throughout Idaho to support outreach and employer engagement. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and two (2) years related supervisory experience; or Associate’s degree and four (4) years related supervisory experience required
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to OA and CTS staff, ensuring effective performance, compliance, and teamwork.
  • Manage and monitor student placement activities, ensuring graduates secure employment, apprenticeships, military opportunities, or advanced training.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and partnerships within communities, school districts, agencies, and employers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers to support job placement, internships, and work-based learning opportunities.
  • Represent Centennial Job Corps in community events, career fairs, and employer meetings statewide.
  • Review and analyze performance outcomes, including outreach goals, placement rates, and career transition benchmarks.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to OA/CTS staff to maintain high-quality student experiences and effective case management.
