About The Position

The Director, Operations Readiness & Transformation is responsible for driving adoption and alignment of enterprise transformation initiatives across business units, for the ERP implementation. This role serves as a change champion within Operations, ensuring the new systems, processes, and ways of working are effectively integrated into day-to-day operations. Reporting within Operations and partnering closely with the Transformation Office, this leader translates enterprise strategy into practical, field-ready execution. While enterprise change strategy, approach and tools are defined within the Transformation Office, this role is accountable for executing change within Operations, building leadership alignment, reinforcing adoption, and ensuring sustainability across business units. The Director plays a critical role in advancing process standardization, while ensuring implementation reflects operational realities and drives measurable outcomes. Director, Operations Readiness & Transformation leads the operations-centered ERP readiness, including workflow redesign, process standardization, phased deployment planning, and post-go-live stabilization. By balancing enterprise standards with operational realities, this role ensures ERP drives simplification, consistency, and efficiency while supporting workforce stability, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted care delivery across multi-region programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, organizational development, management, or related field
  • Eight to 12 plus (8–12+) years of experience in operations leadership, business transformation, or field-based leadership roles.
  • Seven (7) years of professional experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting
  • Strong understanding of Telecare’s operations, preferably in a multi-site or service-based environment.
  • Experience supporting or leading large-scale transformation or system implementations from a business/operations perspective.
  • Experience influencing senior operational leaders and driving adoption across distributed teams.
  • Significant experience in multi‑site operations spanning multiple geographic regions and service levels
  • Demonstrated leadership in large‑scale operational change initiatives, system implementations, or enterprise transformations
  • Proven ability to influence, build consensus, and drive alignment with executive and senior‑level stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and systems‑thinking skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex system changes into practical, frontline‑ready operational guidance
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 10%)

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent)
  • PMP or enterprise transformation / portfolio management certification
  • Experience supporting ERP, HRIS, financial system, or enterprise platform implementations
  • Training or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or change management methodologies
