PROENERGY is seeking a Director of Operations & Maintenance to drive the global growth of its O&M business through the commercialization of Advanced Monitoring & Predictive Solutions (AMPS) and the scaling of its Remote Operating Center (ROC). This role serves as the primary commercial and technical leader responsible for building a qualified pipeline of O&M clients, converting opportunities into contracted revenue, and ensuring PROENERGY's O&M product suite remains competitive. The Director will collaborate with sales, commercial, and product teams to develop and execute business development strategies targeting Private Equity firms, Utilities, Independent Power Producers (IPPs), Data Center developers, and asset managers. The role requires a blend of technical acumen and commercial expertise, including the ability to manage secure data integration projects that enable AMPS deployment. The successful candidate will also partner with each O&M product lead to identify market gaps, drive product improvements, and ensure offerings deliver measurable client value.
