About The Position

Serving as a trusted advisor to senior Operations leaders, you will help shape business decisions, optimize performance, and build the people, processes, reporting, and analytical capabilities needed to create a best-in-class Operations Finance function. As a Director, Operations Finance, you will build and transform the Operations Finance function – Establish scalable processes, reporting, analytical frameworks, and operating routines while developing the long-term capabilities of the team and function. You will lead performance management – Direct business reviews, connecting financial outcomes with operational drivers to improve decision-making and business performance. You will partner with senior Operations leaders to shape strategy – Serve as a trusted advisor on growth opportunities, productivity initiatives, labor and operating decisions, using financial and operational insights to influence priorities and resource allocation. You will develop a high-performing finance team – Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals while strengthening analytical rigor, business partnership, and finance capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading financial operations teams supporting strategic planning, reporting, and analysis for a business unit or function
• 5+ years of management experience with demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and business management within a large global organization, preferably in retail, consumer products, or distribution
