Leads the deployment, operationalization, and sustainment of division-wide processes and initiatives. Owns alignment of business strategy to execution by managing an implementation portfolio, ensuring interdependencies, resource capacity, and prioritization are effectively managed. Drives standardization, scalability, and adherence to operational processes to deliver consistent associate and customer outcomes. The Supply Chain Specialty Division is a cross-functional operations organization within Walmart’s supply chain network that enables the execution and performance of diverse, high-complexity business lines—including areas such as hardlines, optical, print, and specialty distribution—by aligning field operations, transportation, engineering, and support functions under a unified structure. The division focuses on delivering consistent, scalable operational processes across multiple facilities and business models, with an emphasis on standardization, execution discipline, and continuous improvement, while partnering closely with strategy, people, finance, and compliance teams to ensure strong associate experience and reliable customer outcomes across the network.
