About The Position

Hi-Altitude Brands, through our flagship brand, Stonehenge Health, is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer supplement company on a mission to help people live healthier, more vibrant lives. We develop premium, science-backed formulations featuring clinically studied branded ingredients that set us apart from competitors. Our products are sold through our website, Amazon, and Walmart, reaching hundreds of thousands of customers nationwide. We are a fully remote team that values autonomy, ownership, and results. We move fast, test constantly, and hold ourselves to high standards. If you thrive in environments where your work has a direct, measurable impact, you will fit right in. We are looking for an exceptional Director of Operations & Supply Chain to build and lead the operational backbone of a fast-growing consumer business. You’ll own contract manufacturing, sourcing and procurement, demand and supply planning, and 3PL operations—building the processes and systems needed to scale efficiently and reliably. You’ll also support the company’s ERP transition and strengthen inventory accuracy, master data, and reporting. This role sits at the center of the business, partnering closely with Product Development, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, 3PL/fulfillment, and Customer Experience. You’ll report directly to and work closely with the COO.

  • Strong 3PL, fulfillment, and logistics partner management capabilities.
  • Exposure to ERP implementations, systems transitions, or similar operational transformations.
  • Proven people leader with strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Own procurement processes, including RFQs, purchasing, P2P workflows, and procurement KPIs.
  • Lead demand and supply planning across channels, including forecasting, inventory levels, purchasing, and excess/obsolete inventory management.
  • Analyze demand, lead times, landed costs, and supply trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage 3PL, carrier, and freight-forwarder relationships and ensure performance against service expectations.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, landed COGS, and product/master data across systems.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound inventory flow, freight, and logistics operations.
  • Lead cross-functional supply chain and operations projects, managing priorities, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Establish scalable operation rhythms across planning, procurement, and resource management.
