As our Director, you will provide this essential leadership, coordinating across our global enterprise to develop robust security solutions. In this highly visible role, you will interact regularly with senior leaders and experts across our Information Technology, Manufacturing, Research, and Animal Health divisions. Requirements

• Strong, foundational knowledge of Operational Technology.
• Essential experience in Operational Technology security.
• Exceptional ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven talent for building consensus and driving alignment at the executive level.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex information with clarity and impact to any audience.
• History of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering results by empowering others.
• Diligence in follow-through and commitment to achieving outcomes.
• Experience in complex, regulated sectors such as energy, critical infrastructure, defense, or utilities.

Nice To Haves

• Pharmaceutical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of our top security priorities by coordinating efforts across technical teams and business partners.
• Chair the Operational Technology Security Task Force to ensure progress and overcome execution challenges.
• Facilitate the Operational Technology Security Council, a senior governance body comprising Executive Directors and Assistant Vice Presidents from Manufacturing, Research, and Animal Health, to align on strategy and secure top-level support.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and experts to create a holistic view of all Operational Technology security efforts, identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Build consensus and drive decision-making in a complex, matrixed environment, often without direct authority.
• Translate complex technical goals into actionable plans and report progress to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment.
