The Director, Ontario Revenue is a senior commercial role responsible for establishing and owning the Hard Rock Digital revenue position in the Ontario iGaming market from launch. This is a new role within the Revenue Team, reporting to the Senior Director of Casino Revenue. The position is accountable for driving Ontario Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) minus Marketing Contribution across the entire player lifecycle. The successful candidate will serve as the commercial lead for Ontario, shaping the go-to-market strategy, aligning cross-functional teams to market targets, and delivering the revenue plan in a significant regulated iGaming market.
