Position Summary: The Director of Warehouse Operations is responsible for oversight and management of all Connecticut Foodshare warehouse operations staff, inventory control, and establishment of and conformance to systems, policies, and procedures. This role oversees, manages, and monitors receiving, storage, selecting, evaluation/sortation of donated product, loading, and order fulfillment with a focus on continuous improvement and maximizing efficiencies. Additionally, this role is responsible for staff development. Reports to the Sr. Director of Warehouse Operations.
