Director of VIP Sports Strategy and Reactivation
About The Position
We are seeking a Director of VIP Strategy & Reactivation to build and develop our process for reengaging and winning back customers with the newly formed Reactivation Team. This role will also impact strategic areas of Product, Promotions, and Events. The Director will lead the Reactivation Team, leveraging existing momentum and a playbook on approach and style. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Promotions, Reinvestment, Trading, Payments, Customer Service, and Events to drive strategic value by working cross-functionally. This position directly supervises the Sports VIP Reactivation Team.
