Requirements

• Underwriting Systems & Automation: Experience with automated underwriting systems (AUS), rules engines, and workflow tools.
• Process Improvement: Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement innovative solutions.
• Collaboration: Strong strategic thinking and experience working with IT, compliance, and other teams to align technology with business objectives.
• Change Management: Ability to drive adoption of new tools through training and communication.
• Leadership: Proven experience leading transformation initiatives.
• Procurement & Vendor Management: Expertise in sourcing and managing technology vendors for insurance solutions.
• RFP/RFI Development: Ability to draft clear requirements and evaluate proposals for underwriting technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning or related fields or a minimum of three years of recent experience in technology with a proven record of leading IT transformations.
• For the current position a 2-20 or 20-44 P&C insurance license or a 4-40 CSR insurance license must be successfully obtained.
