Responsibilities

  • Manage undergraduate curriculum implementation and ensure compliance with accreditation standards (AACSB)
  • Coordinate course scheduling in collaboration with department chairs and program directors

  • Manage ITG (invitations, tickets, and guest management) and regalia orders for COB seniors
  • Serve as liaison between students, faculty, and university offices (Registrar, Financial Aid, Career Services, etc.)
  • Partner with Admissions and Enrollment Management on recruitment and yield initiatives
  • Collaborate with faculty on curriculum development and assessment of student learning outcomes
  • Represent the College of Business on university committees related to undergraduate education
  • Build relationships with alumni, employers, and community partners to support student opportunities
  • Assist with undergraduate tracking related to job placement and career outcomes (primarily during summer months)
  • Maintain accurate student records and generate reports on enrollment, retention, and graduation metrics
  • Supervise academic advisors, student success coordinators, and support staff as needed
  • Contribute to the college's strategic planning efforts related to undergraduate education
  • Stay current on best practices in student services, advising, and higher education trends
  • Assess effectiveness of programs and services through data analysis and continuous improvement
  • Assist Dean and Director of Accreditation to collect, analyze, and report data to support accreditation efforts.
