About The Position

This role is for a solutions-oriented Director of Treatment Services to lead a multi-disciplinary team in providing high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services to at-risk adolescents. The position involves delivering compassionate care through individual, family, and group therapy, adhering to ethical standards, and continuously improving clinical practices. The Director will be part of a behavioral healthcare team helping at-risk adolescents build better futures.

Requirements

Licensed mental health clinician, including psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed professional counselors (LPC), and licensed clinical social workers (LCSW) OR Master’s Degree from an accredited university in a clinical mental health discipline, such as: Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing, and Marriage and Family therapy, for example. Master’s Degree must include clinical coursework in the foundations of behavioral health and the provisions of mental health services.
At least two years verified post-Master’s experience providing mental health treatment.
Ability to participate and maintain Safe Crisis Management (SCM) certification.
At least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Valid PA Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Promotes high quality clinical services.
Supervises and provides clinical services.
Ensures the clinical staff receives appropriate clinical supervision.
Participates in clinical decisions with clinical and medical team.
Oversees facility clinical policies and procedures in accordance with appropriate standards, rules, regulations, to ensure regulatory compliance.
Coordinates interfacing of clinical services with educational, medical, community services, family services, and the training department.
Prepares appropriate reports and correspondence of all treatment services in a timely manner to ensure regulatory compliance and in accordance with applicable standards of care.
Ensures that programming and services are appropriate to meet the needs of the clients of the facility.
