About The Position
Ball HealthCare Services, Inc. is seeking a Director of Transitional Care/Regional Marketer to join their team. This role involves providing compassionate marketing and admissions assistance to the Long-term Care community in the Central Alabama/ Montgomery regional area. The ideal candidate will have a desire and passion to serve the transitional care needs in the long-term and short-term rehab care industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred, or a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience in Health Care/Long-Term Care
- Experience with promotions, public relations and admissions preferred
- Must have a strong knowledge of skilled nursing facility procedures, reimbursement, regulations and guidelines governing long-term care
- Must be an excellent communicator, communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers and computer applications
