We are looking for a Director, Total Rewards to lead compensation and benefits strategy and execution across our two organizations — RA Capital Management (RACM) and our incubator, RAven. This is a high-impact, dual-focused role that is both strategic and hands-on, sitting at the intersection of people strategy and business performance. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will design and deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards program that is competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals. You will work closely with senior HR and business leaders across both organizations and manage a direct report.
