About The Position

Clean Nutra is seeking a Director of TikTok Creators to lead its creator operations, which are central to its growth on TikTok Shop. The role involves signing top-tier talent, building and managing a team, and running live commerce sessions. This position is at the intersection of culture, commerce, and content, with each new creator directly contributing to revenue. The goal is to establish a creator program that attracts the best talent through strong partnerships, positive energy, and measurable results. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with TikTok, skilled at identifying emerging talent, and passionate about building a thriving creator community.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or TikTok Shop, with a proven track record of driving revenue.
  • Experience managing and developing a team, including setting expectations and building a high-performing culture.
  • Deep fluency in TikTok Shop, including the affiliate ecosystem, commission mechanics, Spark Ads, and GMV drivers.
  • Experience with live commerce or TikTok livestreaming, either managing creators or operating live sessions.
  • Strong negotiation skills for creator deals and partnership structuring.
  • A builder's mentality focused on revamping and growing the program.
  • Highly organized with strong systems thinking to create scalable processes.
  • Genuine passion for the creator economy, with close following of the space and ability to spot talent early.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy for attracting and signing top-tier TikTok creators to the Clean Nutra affiliate and partner roster.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality creator pipeline, identifying talent before they peak.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and deal agreements directly with creators and their management.
  • Develop tiered partnership structures that provide creators with a clear growth path.
  • Position Clean Nutra as a desirable brand for creators, driving inbound interest.
  • Lead and develop the in-house team of influencer/creator managers, setting direction and accountability.
  • Overhaul and systematize creator workflows, including outreach, onboarding, briefing, content review, performance tracking, and relationship management.
  • Build scalable processes and playbooks to ensure program growth without compromising quality.
  • Manage creator performance against GMV targets, continuously improving the roster.
  • Leverage creator management platforms (e.g., GRIN, Aspire) for roster visibility.
  • Lead Clean Nutra's in-studio TikTok Shop live sessions, maximizing performance and GMV with creators.
  • Build and refine live commerce playbooks covering product sequencing, promotions, pacing, and engagement.
  • Recruit, schedule, and develop live creators to maintain a consistent, high-quality stream.
  • Track and improve live KPIs such as GMV per session, conversion rate, viewer retention, and peak concurrents.
  • Coordinate with the product team for new product launches around live events.
  • Own the TikTok Shop affiliate program end-to-end, with GMV as the primary KPI.
  • Build reporting dashboards for leadership on creator performance, channel GMV, and program health.
  • Identify opportunities to amplify top creator content through Spark Ads in collaboration with the paid media team.
  • Stay updated on TikTok platform changes, algorithm shifts, and emerging creator trends to adapt the program.
