About The Position

The Director of Therapy (DOT) at Countryside Meadows plays a key role in overseeing rehabilitation services, including Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP). This position involves building meaningful relationships, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, providing leadership in staff development, and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of therapy services. The role requires a strong passion for geriatric advocacy and a commitment to senior care excellence.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed PT
• Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Indiana
• Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff
