A facility near Fredericksburg, VA, is seeking a full-time Director of Therapy Operations to join their team. This position directs daily operations, implements policies and procedures, and ensures regulatory compliance while driving financial performance and accountability. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program
- Current state license required
- Minimum of 5 years of rehabilitation experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Current BLS (CPR) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
