NMAC is a national HIV organization that offers capacity building, leadership development, policy education, and public engagement to end the HIV epidemic among communities most impacted in the United States. The Director of the Center to End the Epidemic provides senior-level leadership for NMAC’s Center to End the Epidemic, overseeing strategy, implementation, performance, and sustainability of federally funded and mission-critical initiatives focused on ending the HIV epidemic. This role has primary responsibility for the successful execution of the CDC PS24‑0020 Workforce Development and Sustainability for Community‑Based Organizations (CBOs) project, ensuring programmatic excellence, fiscal accountability, compliance, and measurable impact. The Director shapes the long‑term vision of the Center, strengthens national partnerships, and ensures NMAC remains a thought leader in HIV workforce development, capacity building, and racial health equity. This is a CDC grant‑funded leadership position, contingent upon continued funding and compliance with grant requirements.
