Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily IT operations in a Microsoft 365 environment
• Managing technology vendors, procurement, inventory, and employee onboarding
• Supporting executive meetings, conference events, and championship operations
• Maintaining conference technology systems and equipment
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and technology adoption
• Supporting AI-related initiatives and future technology strategy
