Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Accounting preferred
  • Active CPA required
  • 8 years of strong technical accounting experience, writing technical white papers, SEC reporting, Public Accounting/External Audit/Audit Readiness, and IPO/SPAC experience in a managerial position
  • Public Accounting experience and implementing new accounting standards across an organization, US GAAP reconciliation and translations, drafting SEC Comment Letter responses, and IFRS is preferred
  • Reliable transportation to perform job tasks
