Requirements

Master’s degree in Accounting preferred
Active CPA required
8 years of strong technical accounting experience, writing technical white papers, SEC reporting, Public Accounting/External Audit/Audit Readiness, and IPO/SPAC experience in a managerial position
Public Accounting experience and implementing new accounting standards across an organization, US GAAP reconciliation and translations, drafting SEC Comment Letter responses, and IFRS is preferred
Reliable transportation to perform job tasks
