About The Position

Levy with University of Kentucky Athletics is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as the Director of Team Dining Services. This position plays a critical role in enhancing the student-athlete experience by overseeing all athletic dining operations, training table, and fueling stations. The Director will partner closely with sports dietitians, athletics administration, and operations staff to deliver high-quality nutrition programs that support athlete health, recovery, and peak performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Nutrition, Food Service, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of leadership experience in collegiate athletics, performance nutrition, or large-scale food service operations.
Strong knowledge of performance nutrition and athlete fueling strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all athletic dining hall operation and functions for student-athletes, including training table and fueling stations.
Collaborate with sports dietitians and performance staff to ensure menus and fueling options align with performance nutrition goals.
Oversee food quality, safety, compliance, and service standards across all operations.
Recruit, train, and develop dining services staff to ensure a culture of excellence and service.
Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to provide cost-effective, high-quality training tables, fueling solutions and dining hall.
Serve as the primary liaison between athletics, dining services, and campus partners.
