About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or Economics.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle), Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and advanced financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of IRS and local tax codes, and excellent risk management abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Professional credentials like a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash inflows/outflows, reconcile accounts, and forecast liquidity to avoid cash shortages.
• Mitigate financial risks by managing foreign exchange exposures and interest rate fluctuations through hedging programs.
• Develop and execute strategies for debt/equity financing and optimize the company's investment portfolio.
• Act as the primary point of contact for financial institutions and manage corporate bank accounts.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns (including sales and use tax).
• Design tax-efficient structures for international operations, mergers, acquisitions, and cross-border transactions.
• Track legislative changes, manage relationships with third-party tax advisors, and represent the company during tax audits.
