The Director of Talent is a highly strategic leadership position responsible for developing and executing talent initiatives that align individual career growth with organizational performance. Supporting approximately 3,000 employees throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, this role will partner closely with executive leadership to optimize the company's talent strategy while strengthening leadership pipelines and workforce capabilities. This is far more than a traditional HR leadership role. The successful candidate will help design the future of talent by creating scalable career architecture, enhancing succession planning, improving leadership development, and ensuring employees have meaningful opportunities to grow within the organization. Working collaboratively with regional leadership, operations, human resources, and executive management, the Director of Talent will help build a high-performing organization where people development is viewed as a strategic business initiative.
