The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for designing and implementing a full-funnel recruitment strategy and process, with a focus on identifying, sourcing, and tracking qualified candidates. This role involves partnering with executive leadership and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning aligned with company growth. The Director will track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, develop proactive talent pipelines for critical roles, and strengthen KREWE’s employer brand. Additionally, the role includes training hiring managers on interviewing best practices, optimizing the recruiting process for efficiency and candidate experience, and managing relationships with external recruiting agencies and platforms. The Director will also partner cross-functionally with HR and leadership to support organizational growth and talent strategy, source candidates, conduct initial screenings, prepare necessary documents for hiring, and arrange travel for candidates.
