This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives to attract, recruit, and retain top talent across the organization while actively participating in sourcing and recruiting as Vibrint grows. This individual will lead the recruiting team, establish recruitment policies, and collaborate with other executives to align hiring strategies with business objectives. Key responsibilities include designing hiring processes, supporting employer branding, managing relationships with external agencies, and implementing technology solutions to improve recruiting efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance. This Director will play a critical role in shaping the company's workforce and ensuring staffing needs support long-term growth. Success will be evaluated using metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity benchmarks, candidate and hiring manager satisfaction, and audit accuracy. US citizenship is required.
