Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
- Active and unrestricted Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of five (5) years of surgical nursing experience
- At least one (1) year of leadership experience within a surgical or perioperative setting
- Strong knowledge of perioperative operations, patient safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while promoting a culture of clinical excellence and accountability
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) credential
- Experience with surgical services budgeting, quality improvement initiatives, and performance management
