The School of Medicine is seeking a Director of Student Well-Being, FT Faculty CFS Professional. This role is responsible for overseeing and directing mental health services for the School of Medicine, including supervising personal counselors. The position involves providing confidential individual counseling, conducting proactive assessment, short-term treatment planning, crisis intervention, and risk management. The Director will also design and lead the medical student well-being program, develop evidence-informed programming across key dimensions of well-being, and advise leadership on student well-being needs. Additionally, the role involves coordinating mental health access pathways, assessing student well-being needs, and conducting outreach to reduce stigma and encourage help-seeking. The position requires alignment with the mission, values, and spiritual aims of Brigham Young University and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
