The Director of Student Pathways (DSP) provides district-level leadership and operational oversight of student pathway systems that support student progression from enrollment and onboarding through persistence, coaching and advising, credential attainment, workforce readiness, post-secondary transition, and alumni engagement across all campuses. The Excel Center student pathway encompasses the full student journey and is designed to support students in achieving academic, workforce, and post-secondary success. This position leads the development, implementation, alignment, and continuous improvement of operational systems related to admissions and recruitment, coaching and advising, college and career readiness, workforce pathways, transition planning, and post-secondary outcomes. The DSP collaborates closely with campus leadership and district departments to ensure pathway systems are implemented consistently through effective tools, resources, training, and data-informed practices while maintaining responsiveness to campus-specific needs. As a district systems leader, the DSP is responsible for cross-functional coordination, partnership development, operational alignment, and student outcome monitoring to strengthen pathway effectiveness and support successful transitions from enrollment through post-secondary education, employment, credential attainment, and career advancement. This position does not directly supervise campus personnel. The DSP provides district wide leadership, implementation support, and continuous improvement for pathway-related functions.
