About The Position

The Director of Student Affairs and Clinical Operations oversees the administrative duties of clinical faculty while mentoring and advising students matriculating through the Cardiovascular Perfusion program at the College of Health Sciences. This role involves collecting performance data, negotiating affiliation agreements, preparing accreditation reports, developing policies for student recruitment and evaluation, facilitating clinical site onboarding, and implementing plans for continuous self-assessment of the program.

Responsibilities

• Collects performance data of both clinical staff and students through evaluations.
• Negotiates affiliation agreements with clinical sites in conjunction with the Clinical Coordinator.
• Prepares necessary reports to maintain the program's accreditation along with the Clinical Coordinator.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures that govern student recruitment, selection, and evaluation along with the Clinical Coordinator.
• Facilitates the necessary documentation for student clinical site onboarding.
• Implements plans for continuous self-assessment of the cardiovascular perfusion program.
