Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or an operating/strategy role at a high-growth startup.
  • Experience leading complex organizational change (integrations, transformations, fast-moving programs) with a track record of execution.
  • Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills, ability to build models, analyze data, and create clear recommendations.
  • Proficiency with P&L concepts, building business cases, and setting/tracking KPIs.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Fluent with AI tools and experience using them to enhance research, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
  • Outstanding communication and executive presence, with strong slide-making skills for presentations to CEO and board.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action, strong work ethic, and ability to operate independently while staying coordinated.
  • High EQ, curiosity about people and team dynamics, ability to build trust across all levels, and guide teams through change.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive company-defining initiatives from end to end, coordinating across functions (marketing, product, operations, people, finance, systems), tracking roadmap progress, and acting as a central point of coordination.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and senior leaders, managing the strategic planning cadence and translating priorities into roadmaps, operating plans, and decision frameworks.
  • Lead strategic projects from concept to delivery, proactively identifying and managing risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and resource needs.
  • Analyze operational and performance challenges across practices, diagnose root causes, and collaborate with clinic and field teams to implement solutions.
  • Develop high-impact materials for the CEO, executive team, and board, synthesizing analysis into clear recommendations and narratives.
  • Oversee value tracking and realization for key initiatives, defining KPIs with finance, monitoring progress, and ensuring accountability for outcomes.
  • Address critical strategic problems as they arise, including market sizing, opportunity evaluation, business case assessment, and structured problem-solving.
  • Identify opportunities for business improvement and growth (e.g., new services, operational efficiencies) through research, analysis, and competitive assessment.
