Requirements

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Stakeholder Management: Knowledge of stakeholder management techniques; ability to systematically identify stakeholders, analyze their needs and expectations, and implement various tasks to engage with them.
Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
Bachelor’s degree within Finance, Economics, Engineering, or other related fields.
10+ years of financial experience, competitive analysis, and/or M&A, preferably within a larger and/or multinational corporation.

Responsibilities

Work directly with the Resource Industries senior leadership team on developing and executing of our strategic goals.
Identify new growth opportunities (new markets, products, M&A, etc..)
Lead a team responsible for driving insights as it relates to the macro trends in mining (economic, industry, etc..).
Analyze industry trends and customer behavior.
Partner and drive insights on improving machine physical availability, solving our customers greatest challenges
Track performance against segment strategic goals and KPIs, removing roadblocks and ensuring alignment across the segment
