About The Position

Our client is an early-stage healthcare technology company working to improve care for older adults by equipping home-based caregivers with better clinical tools and support. The company is building technology that captures important information from everyday caregiver and patient interactions, identifies emerging needs, and helps clinical teams intervene earlier. Its mission is to make care more proactive, coordinated, and responsive for older adults receiving support at home. We’re searching for a Director of Strategy & Finance who combines strong financial fluency with the strategic and operational judgment needed to help build an early-stage company. In this role, you’ll own financial planning and forecasting while leading high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across the business. You’ll bring structure to complex questions, translate financial insights into action, and help shape the company’s near- and long-term direction. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a zero-to-one environment, enjoys working across functions, and is comfortable taking ownership wherever the business needs it most. The Director of Strategy & Finance will initially report to the CEO and collaborate closely with leaders across strategy, operations, finance, product, and clinical services.
