  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Strong understanding of casino industry trends, consumer behavior and competitive dynamics.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making and problem solving.
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy with experience managing marketing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Five to seven years of progressive senior marketing leadership experience within the casino/hotel industry or a related entertainment or hospitality environment with direct accountability for revenue generation and growth performance.
  • Advanced expertise in CRM and database marketing leveraging segmentation, predictive modeling, and reinvestment optimization to drive profitable player growth; strong analytical fluency with marketing performance dashboards, reinvestment ratios, ROI metrics, and control group testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and business intelligence/reporting systems (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).

  • Prior casino marketing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Spearheading the property’s customer strategy and database marketing initiatives, driving profitable growth through innovative advertising and community-focused marketing efforts.
  • Developing effective segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Leading a talented team while collaborating with HR and other departments to enhance engagement initiatives.
  • Overseeing the Database Marketing, Advertising, Creative, and Community Outreach functions.
  • Shaping comprehensive advertising strategies across multiple channels, ensuring maximum ROI and customer interaction.
  • Bolstering brand presence in the community through impactful outreach and partnerships, ensuring alignment with our core values.
  • Focusing on analytics, performance measurement, and compliance with gaming regulations.
