5-7 years of progressive senior marketing experience within the casino or related industries.
Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
Advanced analytics skills.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
Strong understanding of casino industry trends, consumer behavior and competitive dynamics.
Strategic and analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making and problem solving.
Strong business acumen and financial literacy with experience managing marketing budgets and resources effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
Five to seven years of progressive senior marketing leadership experience within the casino/hotel industry or a related entertainment or hospitality environment with direct accountability for revenue generation and growth performance.
Advanced expertise in CRM and database marketing leveraging segmentation, predictive modeling, and reinvestment optimization to drive profitable player growth; strong analytical fluency with marketing performance dashboards, reinvestment ratios, ROI metrics, and control group testing methodologies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and business intelligence/reporting systems (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).

Spearheading the property’s customer strategy and database marketing initiatives, driving profitable growth through innovative advertising and community-focused marketing efforts.
