Behavioral Health Works is a fast-growing organization committed to sustainable, responsible growth. We provide personalized, evidence-based services for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our multidisciplinary team—including BCBAs, Case Supervisors, Behavior Technicians, and SLPs—works collaboratively with families to create individualized treatment plans that integrate Applied Behavior Analysis with speech and language best practices. Our speech and language services are primarily delivered in home-based settings, allowing for meaningful, functional communication development within each child’s natural environment. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Director of Speech-Language Pathology will lead and oversee the development, implementation, and quality of all speech and language services across the organization. This includes guiding a team delivering home-based speech therapy services and ensuring interventions are practical, family-centered, and generalizable to daily life. You will combine clinical expertise with leadership, program development, and mentorship to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care across all service settings.
